When it comes to real estate investing and management, I learned from scratch what works. My team and I currently manage 1300 units, employ 65 people, maintain less than a 2% vacancy rate, and successfully manage a portfolio of properties returning more than a 20% net cap rate and have reached returns as high as 60% cash on cash over a 5-year period.

By being involved in every aspect of owning property, from finding and financing to remodeling to lease administration, my team and I have carved out a sweet spot that attracts investors from all corners of the globe.

The most important aspect about our business is that we make it easy for our clients to find the financial income they want through real estate AND manage it so they don’t have to worry about their properties, tenants or other risks that take them away from enjoying life.

To make all of this work seamlessly for our clients, we created turnkey businesses that provide services touching the full spectrum of care for client properties, including:

  • Real estate brokerage to find properties

  • Mortgage financing

  • Title search and legal compliance

  • Construction for remodeling and rehab

  • Tenant acquisition and lease administration

  • Maintenance to reduce cost of ownership

In 2018 we closed over $30 million in sales and received numerous accolades such as the cover of Top Agent magazine and an article in the Lehigh Valley Business Journal. We were named Best of Zillow and maintain a 5-star rating. For the year 2021, we closed over $60 million.

In my downtime, I teach my four children about money and take great pride in sharing with my employees how to be financially independent and plan for the future.
