It is the new year, it is 2022, And I'm so excited to get started with Season 10 of the Growing Empires Show. Our theme for this season is Leveling Up. And this is the most talked about topic of probably all of 2021. And it's how to take your money, and how to level up. How to make your money work for you. How to make that money work for you when you are sleeping. And it's how to make the best and the smartest investments. The richest people in the world did not get started by just the luck of the draw. They weren't born into trust funds. They were smart investors that started with very small pieces of that puzzle. But they knew how to make their money work for them. And they would take those small pieces and they would add another piece and add another piece and slow and steady wins the race. And sure enough, you started to acquire real estate where that real estate was now building equity and appreciation that you would draw against to buy more investments. That's how you make your money work for you. That is the theme of this season leveling up. How do you go from one to 500 plus units. How do you transition from residential to commercial real estate from a couple $100,000 investment purchase to a couple million dollars or billions of dollars of real estate investments. We're going to talk about real estate syndications. We're going to talk about real estate hedge funds. We're going to talk about diversity in your investment strategies. You can hear the excitement because I am so excited for all that 2022 is going to bring. We are going to have the smartest and the most educated and the most driven investors and investor strategists talk to you about how to make smart financial decisions. And how do you get out of the rat race of your nine to five job and how do you create that life that legacy for not only yourself, but for your children and your family. And it's the thing that I am the most passionate about when I'm doing and helping real estate investors make their first purchase is to how to create that network and that ability to create glamorous wealth. Glamorous wealth that you can live off of that you can enjoy and that you can make sure your children and your children's children are set for a very, very long time. We're going to talk about all the different things and strategies that you need to know about real estate investing, I'm going to start this season off with a very, very special guest that I just had the pleasure of speaking to. We talked for over an hour, and I'm going to break it into three small bite sized pieces. So you're going to hear my interview with Adam Von Romer. He is a commercial real estate guru, and he is just a wealth of knowledge. And his whole entire fortune is made on commercial real estate. And we're going to talk about why he chose to get into that segment of real estate and why he stays there and why he feels that that's the future of great wealth for real estate investing. He's going to talk to us about the transition between residential to commercial real estate. He's going to help you understand how to know when it's time to invest outside of your market and how to network with the people that are going to bring you the best of the best deals in markets that you're not familiar with.
