Hot investment properties

Help purchasing your first or next investment property is the most frequently requested topic from our customers and EIC members, so we make sure that we’re providing you the hottest investment properties in the Lehigh Valley as soon as we know about them.

We update our Hot Investment Properties daily, so you’re getting the most direct access to active investment properties in the MLS. Watch our Hot Investment Properties primer video to see how it works and where you can access this important information:

The EIC events calendar

As part of your EIC membership, you’ll also have the opportunity to attend live and virtual events catered to improving your investor strategies and experience. Our goal with these events is to give you the opportunity to learn:

• Best practices as an investor whether active or passive or both

• Trends in real estate, lending and property availability

• Lehigh Valley news and real estate market health

• Tips on how to create a diverse portfolio focused on growth

Because you’ll be with other EIC members, you’ll have a greater opportunity to learn from others, network and create new business relationships that are mutually beneficial.

Events are typically hosted by Jennifer de Jesus and her team, and often include investor and partner guests who offer additional information based on their knowledge and expertise.

NOTE: To simplify the registration process, EIC members receive a calendar invite for the upcoming month’s events and Club Conversations. If you do not wish to be included in these automated calendar invites, please let us know and we will remove you from the event distribution list. You will still receive your weekly email and other announcements related to your EIC membership.

The weekly email

Every Thursday you’ll receive an email from Jennifer de Jesus. Make sure you whitelist our email so it goes to your inbox and not your spam folder. Whitelisting an email sender is easy, and you only have to do it once. Here’s how:

• For most email providers, simply add the email address to your contacts

• In Gmail, find the email in your spam folder, select them, and mark “Not Spam”

• In Outlook, add the sender to “Safe Senders” and “Safe mailing lists” under more mail settings

• You can also create a filter to make sure the emails go into your inbox

The email we send you is very simple. It will have the latest article image and an excerpt, followed by a button to go to the full page to read the article. All you have to do is click that button and you’ll go to the article and have easy access to all of your EIC Member content.

Additionally, underneath the button there will be links to recent articles in case you missed a week or two and want to catch up.

At any time you can reply to your weekly EIC email with questions or feedback. Provided by Jennifer de Jesus and the De Jesus Real Estate Team, the Empire Investment Club is a free membership service for those who want to become more knowledgeable, skilled and experienced at growing income through real estate investments.

The weekly investor article

Each email links to the most recent weekly article, which is hosted on the JenniferDeJesus.com website. Only EIC Members have direct links to this content. Each article is similar to a blog post in style, so you can provide comments on the article’s topic, which we encourage. The EIC is a Member-centric community, and we invite you to share your thoughts about our topics with fellow Members.

To the right of each article is the EIC Member sidebar. You’ll find the following information inside the sidebar:

• Recent Hot Investment Properties

• Recent Articles

• Calendar of Events

• The Latest Growing Empires Podcast Episodes

• Book a Complimentary Consult

Each section displays three of the most recent published properties, dates or content with an image and title. You can click on any of these images to go directly to that item’s page for more details.

In addition, underneath each section header there will be a link to the main collection of that section. So if you want to view all of the content within each section you can do so.

So for each section in the sidebar, you have a choice of viewing one at a time or all in a collection. You can also bookmark a collection page as well.

Mobile display

Our website is mobile-friendly and will reflow content based on the display size of your mobile or tablet device. When it does, the sidebar will display at the end of the article. So if you don’t see the sidebar on your mobile or tablet device, just scroll down and you will find it at the end of the article.

Member-driven content

Our goal is to provide you the content, resources and events you need to become a more prepared and successful investor. We want to hear from you, so feel free to reply to our email at any time with your ideas. Or, you can also provide content suggestions and your ideas via our Empire Investment Club topic survey here.

When you sign up to the Empire Investment Club, you’ll receive a welcome email from Jennifer de Jesus. We will not sell, share or abuse your email privacy.
